A unique, historic site hidden away from the city among ancient Oak trees and lovely gardens. Our beautiful facility is available for quinceañeras, sweet 16s and other milestone birthdays and celebrations. If interested in Weddings or Wedding Receptions, please refer to wedding prices.

Ceremony and Reception (Saturday & Holidays) $4,400.00
10:00am to 10:00pm (7 hours)
Ceremony and Reception (Friday & Sunday) $4,000.00
10:00am to 10:00pm Fri (7 hours)
Ceremony or Reception only $3,800.00
(Saturday) (5 hours)
Ceremony or Reception only $3,300.00
(Friday, Sunday) (5 hours)
Ceremony and Reception (Mon-Thurs) $3,200.00

• 25% Deposit of rental cost required to reserve your date (to be applied to total cost)
• Deposit is non-refundable
• Additional time for Quinceañera dance rehearsal/practice Waltz may be added to package at $100.00 per hr.
• A surcharge of $10.00 per person will be assessed for groups over 200.
• $500.00 Damage/Cleaning deposit (refundable)
• Price is for rental of venue and limited services from Hidden Oaks Staff.
• Catering or sound is not provided by Hidden Oaks. Referrals available.

Standard Tables and White Padded Chairs.

Things to keep in mind:
Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the Hidden Oaks premises.
We are a non-smoking facility.
Any activity or ceremony that is contrary to orthodox Christian beliefs will not be allowed.
These restrictions will be strictly enforced.
