Wedding and Reception (Saturday & Holidays) $4000.00

Wedding and Reception (Friday & Sunday) $3600.00

Wedding Ceremony or Reception ONLY Saturday $3400.00

Wedding Ceremony or Reception ONLY Friday/Sunday $3000.00

Wedding Ceremony and Reception Monday - Thursday $2800.00

Wedding Ceremony ONLY Monday - Thursday $2100.00

Reception ONLY Monday - Thursday $2300.00

Above pricing guest counts over 75, up to 200.

Event contract times:

7 hours Wedding and Reception.

5 hours Ceremony or Reception Only.

Additional Hours may be purchased at $100.00 per hour.

Small Weddings and Reception up to 75 guests $2100.00 (7 hours)

Small Wedding Only up to 75 guests $1450.00 (3 hours)

Small Reception Only 75 guests $1700.00 (5 hours, some restrictions apply). Additional Hours may be purchased at $100.00 per hour.

* 25% Deposit of rental cost required to reserve your date (to be applied to total cost).

*Deposit is non-refundable.

*$500.00 Security Damage/Cleaning deposit (refundable).

*Price is for rental of venue and limited service from Hidden Oaks Staff.

Catering or sound is not provided by Hidden Oaks. Referrals/Vendor list will be provided to you. Hidden Oaks is not a Full Service Wedding Venue.

You may access the property north of 19th Street from Hermosa Ave. The Hidden Oaks private entrance is just south of the 210 freeway sound wall on the west side of the street.
​

Things to keep in mind:

Alcoholic beverages and smoking are prohibited on the Hidden Oaks premises.
Music for the reception must be played on the north patio only and must be turned off by 10:00pm.

​

Any activity or ceremony that is contrary to orthodox Christian beliefs will not be allowed.
 

These restrictions will be strictly enforced.
